It’s completely up you, if you want to proceed with the booking. Our free 30-minute consultation is there to help determine compatibility and whether our services can meet your needs. This consultation is beneficial not only for us but also for you too, recognising that not every potential client may be the right fit, and that's perfectly okay!

Storage solutions are not included in our pricing packages, as each client's requirements vary. While many individuals have invested in storage solutions previously, effectively utilising them can be a challenge. If you haven't considered this option and find yourself in need, we can provide tailored recommendations for the most useful solutions based on your specific needs.

Each clients requirements may vary but we will need your time to help determine which items you wish to keep, sell, donate, or recycle. We will help guide you through these decisions by asking questions to encourage you to make appropriate decisions with your items and belongings.
However, when it comes to the organising and all the final touches, you can leave this up to us!

We will categorise items into four categories: bin, keep, donate, and recycle. Sustainability is a priority for us, therefore we will always aim to limit the number of items that will be thrown away.
As part of our packages we will make one trip to the charity shop at the end of the session.
With the rest of the items it will be down to you to manage recycling, waste and any items to be sold.
